1.Where are the links to the other volumes for this title?

Links are only available to volumes that have been converted to digital form. As additional volumes are made available they will be added to the list. Some volumes may never be made available electronically so check the holdings in HOLLIS for paper copies or ask a librarian for assistance.

2. Where are the links to the more recent issues of a journal?

The Harvard University Library and Google are collaborating on a project to digitize a large number of Harvard's library books that are out of copyright and to make them available to Internet users. For more recent issues of a journal check the holdings in HOLLIS or ask a librarian for assistance.

3. Does Harvard have any of the volumes that are not on this list?

Harvard has many volumes and titles that are not in electronic form. If a volume does not appear be sure to check holdings in HOLLIS for other copies or ask a librarian for assistance.

4. Are these the only volumes that will be available in electronic form?

Harvard is continuing to add to its collection of electronic resources. Additional links to full-text volumes will be created over time. Volumes for one title might not all be available at once so check again at a later date to see if new volumes have been added. Some volumes may never be available electronically so check the holdings in HOLLIS for paper copies or ask a librarian for assistance.

5. Why do these links go to Google Book Search?

The Harvard University Library and Google are collaborating on a project to digitize a large number of Harvard's library books that are out of copyright and to make them available to Internet users. The project, which is one of several collaborations between Google and major research libraries, could bring millions of works to the web.

6. How should I bookmark links to a volume?

To bookmark a link to a volume use the Internet Link in HOLLIS that begins http://nrs.harvard.edu or the link next to the Full Text button for a specific volume. These are persistent URLs and will be supported by Harvard indefinitely.

7.How can I report a problem?

If there is a problem with the link or volume please report it to Harvard University Library. http://lib.harvard.edu/comments/comm_problem.html Any problems with individual book page images (pages out of order, upside down, not legible, etc.) should be reported directly to Google books-support@google.com.

8. How can I report a problem with individual book page images (pages out of order, upside down, not legible, etc.)?

Harvard cares about how our library's books are displayed. Please forward your concerns to the Google Book Search team who can work with their specialists to give you more information about this issue. Please send your email, along with relevant details about the difficulties you are experiencing, to books-support@google.com. A Google representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.
