About Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) enables Harvard University students, faculty, and staff with library borrowing privileges to request materials not owned by Harvard libraries. Each faculty library has its own ILL service.
How To Place Request
Login to your Interlibrary Loan account to place your request. First-time users will be required to fill out a registration form before proceeding.
What Can or Can't Be Borrowed
The list of materials that can or can't be borrowed varies. For more information consult your faculty library's ILL homepage. A listing of Interlibrary Loan services across Harvard's libraries is available.
Pick-Up And Return Locations
ILL items must be picked up and returned at your faculty library.
