| Circulation Policy: | Journals and reference materials do not circulate. Books circulate for 28 days and may be renewed by phone. Reserve material circulates during the day for in-library use until 4:00 PM. Reserve material may be borrowed for overnight use beginning at 4:00 PM and is due the next day within one hour of library opening.

INTERLIBRARY LOAN SERVICES:
ILL Lending (within Harvard) :
Blue Hill Library lends all circulating materials and will provide photocopies to any Harvard library without charge. Materials are loaned for four weeks and may be renewed unless needed by another patron. ALA forms and fax requests are accepted.
ILL Lending (outside Harvard):
Blue Hill Library lends all circulating items to any library outside of Harvard that provides an ALA form (via mail or fax) for each request. Materials are loaned for four weeks. Fees vary.
ILL Borrowing :
Blue Hill Library will obtain material (books and photocopies) for DEPS, DEAS members and affiliates. There is no limit to the number of requests.
