About This Form
 
This form may be used by Harvard Library Information & Technical Services staff located at 625 Mass. Ave. only to request materials from the Widener Stacks or the Government Documents collection in Lamont for work-related problem solving. After supplying the required information, use the Submit Form button at the bottom to generate your request. Two types of requests may be submitted:

•     retrieval requests; OR
•     information requests, such as verification of bib information, barcodes, etc.

Access Services staff will check the stacks and pull or examine the requested volume(s). If retrieval is requested, the item will be charged to a pseudopatron and routed to Harvard Library Information & Technical Services. If information is requested or the book cannot be located, a reply will be sent to the email address you provide. Anticipated turnaround time is 1-2 business days. If particularly large sets are requested, please indicate in a Comment that delivery may be staggered over multiple days to accommodate the limits of the campus couriers.
