New Records Management Assistant joins RMS

 

The Harvard University Archives is happy to announce the hiring of Molly Frazier as Records Management Assistant. Molly will be the key contact for Records Center inquiries and processes. 

As Records Management Services (RMS) undertakes staff training and a transition to new workflows,  clients may notice slight changes in some routine Records Center services.  RMS clients may experience some delay in authorizations, supply orders and arrangements for new boxes to be deposited in storage accounts. The transition should be completed over the next few months, after which RMS will again provide a wide range of records management services and workshops.

At present, Records Center customers are still able to access the records in their accounts and RMS will continue to provide normal service for retrievals and refiles.   However, University Archives transfers, requests for in-office records consultations and new schedules will be handled on an emergency basis only for the time being.
